KOWARI is born from the musical meeting during the summer 2019 between Louan Kempenaers, composer and pianist (Piano Club, Wolf Project) and the violinist and arranger Damien Chierici (Dan San, Yew, …). Although KOWARI was originally intended for film music, it quickly turned into a live band.
The two musicians plays music cut for the cinema and the open spaces. Their musical production is close to avant-garde or contemporary classical music.
